Is my vehicle compatible with the chargers?

Our chargers are built to cater to a wide variety of EV models. If your vehicle uses a CCS or CHAdeMO connector, then you're all set to use our Jule charging stations.*

For Tesla owners, the level 2 J1772 adapter that normally comes with all Teslas will not work at our stations. You need to purchase a CCS adapter, which you can do in the Tesla Canada store or on Amazon to charge at our level 3 charging stations. Your Tesla will also need to have the CCS adapter support enabled. You can check this in 'Additional vehicle information' by pressing the bottom left button and going to the Software tab.

Please note, if your vehicle is a hybrid that typically uses a Level 2 J1772 charger, it won't be compatible with our Level 3 DC Fast Chargers.
