How do I start a charging session?

Our Jule charging stations are designed to be easy to use. When you arrive at one of our chargers, just follow the on-screen prompts to get started. 

• To get started, connect your electric vehicle to our level 3 charging station using the CCS or CHAdeMO connector. Each charger is equipped with both connectors to accommodate a range of EV models. Teslas will require a separate adapter, which are not provided at the station. You will need to bring your own.
  
  
• Once your vehicle is connected, follow the instructions on the charger where you'll be guided by our interactive screen to select a charging speed. Remember that actual charging speed can vary depending on several factors including your vehicle's capabilities, its current state of charge, and the ambient temperatures.
  
  
• After selecting your charging speed, you can make payment on the terminal located below the screen. We accept Visa, Mastercard, as well as Apple and Google Pay. You can tap, swipe, or insert your card to authorize a payment, which will be settled at the end of the session. Now, just relax and enjoy your charging experience!

Some things to remember:

• Make sure you unlock your car as this sometimes opens the charge port
• You will get the fastest charging speeds if you pre-conditioned your vehicle's battery and you are in a lower state of charge, depending on your vehicle's charge curve
• The charging cable needs to be completely flush with your vehicle's charging port and sometimes a firm push is required
